Factoring is a tool used to protect your cash flow. The rates and responsibilities associated with these transactions are based on the amount of your invoices and the length of time needed to collect.

BYRNE Financial is committed to helping you meet your financial needs. Please complete and submit the application and we will contact you. You will deal directly with the principal of our company. There are no funding decision committees or offsite corporate supervisors to slow down the process.

Already have a factor?

NO PROBLEM, we will work with you and your current factor to assure a well organized transfer.

We will need from you:

  • Articles of Incorporation, Articles of LLC, or Partnership Agreement
  • Assumed Business Name Registration
  • Latest Financial Statement
  • Accounts Receivable Aging
  • Drivers Licenses of Principles
  • Authority
  • Proof of Insurance
  • Bond (where applicable)
  • Carrier List (if transportation brokerage)

Upon acceptance, BYRNE Financial Services, LLC files a blanket UCC to secure our position on the invoices funded. Filing this is standard industry practice and secures our first position security interest on the invoices funded.

Credit Checks on your Customers let you know if this is someone you should be doing business with. You can pick and choose which customers you factor. You prepare your invoices and documentation, and instead of mailing to your customer, you send your information to us via fax or email. We will then handle the rest for you.

24/7 Online Account Access allows you to log into your account at any time to run reports on the status of your account, check funding status, find information about each debtor, invoice, and payment.

If you are required to have a reserve account, BYRNE Financial will advance typically 80% of the invoice amount, less our low one-time fee. The remaining 20% is held in a reserve account until after the invoice has been paid.
